there is no “main couple” so many of yall are whining about, the story focuses on different couples arcs. jaehyun x suyong and norman (pyeongbeom) x sungtaek stories are wrapped up, now the focus is on minwoo x chuljin. if their story isn’t your cup of tea that’s fine, but bitching about it every chapter is so contrived. but whatever, free speech and all that
personally i love how nuanced and interesting minwoo/chuljin’s relationship is, especially knowing how season 4 ends. their story goes so deep and you can feel how detailed and tragic their relationship is as two kids struggling with their own issues, finding solace in each other but constantly lying and hiding their feelings that they don’t feel like they can express.
anyways, i have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of jaehyun in the next season due to his shared past with chuljin and minwoo which i am also very keen for!
