Nah, I’m sure this is big pharma trying to push pregnancy tests since if the common people knew they could just pulse check for pregnancies, they would lose out money from all the lost sales. What do you mean my historical fiction lied to me?? Next thing you know, you’re gonna tell me all the magic in my fantasy fiction is just something made up too! That would be truly crazy!
As an actual nurse and midwife, this stupid baseless historical 'pulse checking' pregnancy test hits me right in the medical cringe. Ugh!
