Just started and decided to drop

I think I read like 3 chapters and it's not horrible, but it also isn't particularly good.
It's a premise as good as any other in this type of story, but the execution is already slightly wonky. I get that we start off by getting a quick fix to help the mother, with the downside of it not actually curing her ultimately, so the long goal is to get that Elixir elixir to help her for good.

But first problem: The pacing
We basically just went through the whole process of finding out that the mother is sick, getting the first potion to have her out of the hospital AND the recovery montage of the mother getting back on her feet to leave said hospital in a single chapter. They could have eased in more slowly, letting us get to know the family, more about the MCs past, then make connections to even get the first potion - you see two fucking panels worth of him sitting in some sort of auction, which shouldn't be a place he can simply walk into, instead of SHOWING me the actual story behind it. Sure, he could have gotten in with his Luck, but HOW. Don't just tell that he was there, apparently, but show me how.
In general, the way the story is told is abysmal up to this point. We are barely shown anything, it all just breezes past us. He comes home and supposedly tells his sister "everything" but neither do we get any immediate reaction or thought on it from the sister, we also don't actually know what he told her. He must have told her about his "Luck" stat, but did he also tell her how he got it? And even the visual storytelling sucks, because his sister has this very obvious haircolor, but neither the brother nor the mother seem to share it. So a random side-character looks more memorable than the MC himself.
When his sister asks about the McGuffin and how he will get his hands on it, he tells her he would die a dog's death if he went for it normally, but not now, with his super stat (and future knowledge - I take it he didn't tell her about his regression, because he kept that to himself, but that could also be because the mother was behind them as well, who knows nothing). But in reality, yes, he had initially issues with leveling up, so he couldn't dream of going to the floor the elixir drops on, but any other person would just level up and get there eventually, no? It feels like he's saying unless you get special treatment, you could never get there, which is hilarious.
Another hilarious thing in how this is written is how the sister just acts as if she was totally involved in all of it, but she added literally nothing, so what does she mean "we need to get the elixir ourselves" - not "we". "We" aren't the Flash. It's your brother who goes and puts his life on the line by himself.

Second, and far more glaring issue: The McGuffin
The McGuffin of this Webtoon is the elixir called "Elixir", which drops on a random floor "below 50" and MC knows where exactly, because he knows the future. Now he can get as much money as he wants, but of course, he must go and get that elixir by himself, because of a certain specialty of the item itself. That being that it's a "unique" item, which, in this story, apparently means that it's an item that can only be used by the one who acquired it, therefore, he couldn't buy it for any price in the world.
But do you see the problem with this? If it was as easy as the person who got it administering it themselves, anyone would be able to do that for the right price. In other words, it can't be that. So, unless I missed something crucial, that would mean the mother, who's the one to actually drink the elixir in the end, would need to get it herself, in order to use it herself.

I also just read that it was axed, when I came to write my comment, so I'll stop reading here.
