As someone who’s attempted and lived, that scene was both triggering and cathartic for some reason. I got a panic attack lol, but I als cried my heart out because I intrinsically understand the exact feelings that the uncle was going through to take that step. And just like that uncle, I am so glad to have lived and be alive right now. There is, infact, light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can’t see any right now. You just have to hold on until you reach there.
