This! I mean, I liked the reimagining and hoped for the best since I felt this is the first, if not a few of a bl I read about greek myths. But why they turned my guy a ist is beyond me. Eros never abused Psyche like this in the myth (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
He's just a kid who fell in love, he's basically a virgin. I'm also lost for Los. And Argo? I mean, we need a villain but ???? (I'm ranting)
I mean, I'm still going to read this, but it's not Eros and Psyche that I fell in love to.
((I really wish they just created a story about Achilles and Patroclus or those other same sex coupling in the myth. Or maybe they didn't because it all ends in tragedy except Eros and Psyche's?))

This work is not a reinterpretation of Eros and Psyche. It is a grotesque exploitation of sexual abuse disguised as mythology. The author took one of the most beautiful classical myths about love and soul, completely ruined and made it into some harem slop and reduced it to non-consensual fetishes. Making Eros as a predator who assaults Psyche while he sleeps is deeply disturbing and looking at Argos character it’s clear his involvement will lead to even worse non-consensual, incestuous, trauma in future chapters. What’s worse is the way I’m seeing some people liking this kind of character so much… Just horrible. Using Western mythology purely as a cheap backdrop to romanticize abuse and forced intimacy is thoroughly disappointing and disgusting. Should have focused on their own myths instead.
