Wooyeon didnt do anything with danny. I think he just saw it in the way you sometimes see your friends' bits when changing.
In the novel, he went to explain himself about why he compared doyun's dick to danny' ls (I believe because they were the only two penises he'd actually seen) but then he remembered how dohyun used to like yoonwoo and decided to be mean and let dohyun misunderstood and make him think he used to like danny lol
