The stalker was a member of the orchestra and the manger recorded it in a manner that Compton is evil and how he treats his members is trash. If you read 183 then Heejae says " how is your assignment going?" Kathy and Heejae had an ulterior motive.
Kathy was there to check Garam probably, but ultimately they were there to get proof of Compton treatment against his orchestra. They'll probably gonna leak it and everyone will see that Compton is a monster of a maestro and he sees his members as sub human.
