How the real Hikaru died

I think it’s very obvious what happens to Hikaru in now that we know what we know I think it’s obvious that the Dad released the spirit the God of the Mountain Nookie, and then by the time his son, he got to went back into the mountain to do the ritual again There was nothing to protect him from the spirits and they ate his soul since that’s what they crave and that’s how the mountain God ended up in Hikaru’s body cause technically it was dead with no soul there’s no way his soul is coming back imo cuz like how did he die in that scary mountain and not have his soul taken yk anyways peak manga
