I think she was worried he was being brainwashed too and if that was the case it would tell ivonne that penelope knows her identity. Then ivonne would have an advantage in some way (just killing penelope since ivonne assumed she was still stupid in this life) before penelope sorted out her own plan. me thinks.
Im so disappointed by how they did eckles... And i don't really get why penelope didn't just tell winter et al that ivonne was the woman who had the mirror shard???? Like. Game done once we win. Just search her body for thr shard and immediately decapitate, then celebrate.
