the publishers said they'd take legal action if it's distributed immediately after someone translated it, assume that's why. it's a licensed series, japanese and korean publishers have gotten pretty litigious recently, & they posted it on twitter so they really were playing with fire

they took it down on twitter too at the publishers request to end things amicably so at least they're fine lol
