They basically manage to live together for so long but the uke thought he was taking away his freedom by being together and couldn't bare anymore thinking he was hurting him, so he let him go. I think after a year? Or so, they meet again and the last panel I remember was that, Seme found him again but this time with open arms and uke was running towards at him. End.
