From what I gather Mamiya & Iori is not blood related. Iori is aproduct of an affair, since beta & omega can't produce alpha.
Even if we assume Iori is indeed Seijuro's child, him and and Mamiya are actually not blood related because the grandfather (A) had Mamiya with another omega (B) and we found out that the grandmother (C) had an affair with another man (D) and gave birth to Seijuro
Please i miss saimon i feel so bad for him and god i really hoped mamiya and iori would NEVER date because they're still fucking blood related but god.. Here it comes igue
