Season 2 of the Anime covered untill the epilogue of Volume 4 of the novel. If you don't want to wait for the new chapter of the manga or the new season of the anime you can read volume 5 prologue of the novel — or if you want to read the manga start at Chapter 86
Manga Chapter 86 covered LN Volume 5 Chapter 1, you may start at Chapter 2, although I recommend reading from the first volume since some scenes are best described there.
