Bro is mentally weird and abnormal
from what i understood he can’t compute other people’s emotions, so basically when he did all those things to chase when he was a kid, he genuinely thought he was helping him
From how he is discribed he has a heavy case of Alexithymia and shows some characteristic of autism. And his moral compass is not always working correctly.
