I don't know, I wouldn't usually sweat the small stuff, but in the original, the nobles act like it's a social gathering and the first guy asked to move his ass to the front responds with something along the lines of "Nah, I'm drunk, so I can't go to the front" and the reason why they don't want the proper soldiers (and they in fact do have a lot of proper soldiers, but also an assload of random conscripts) to spearhead their army. I did like this part better in the novel.
