Depending on the plot, i don't think nanjo WILL ever chase after mokhyon. Cz for that to happen, mokyon needs to move on so nanjo will understand and chase afyer him. But look at mok, he is trying to end his life, so moving on or leaving him behind is out of question.

What I think can happen is nanjo will come to live with him or taking care and them gradually accept his won feelings cz we know nanjo like mok already. Remember last Season that twink said nanjo can't get hard if its not 3 of them.
