The dad seemed so genuine when his wife first passed on maintaining a relationship with his son. Yes he was fussy but he’s the child and his mother died… For a min I thought the mom passed from an accident or something and that’s why he was blaming the son but she passed from cancer?…
I was kind of thinking the dad was ashamed to have said that he hates and resent Cirrius and that’s why their relationship got so strained not because he’s just actually hates him. This is why it’s important to actually have kids because you want to be a father and parent not because it’s the natural thing to do.
I was also hoping for some more info on the Jisu the new step mom like what made her special and cirrius having his revenge on her but I guess it all became meaningless when it became apparent his father just actually lowkey hates him…
This story has so many interesting characters I wouldn’t mind reading this as a novel to understand more about the supporting cast, their motivations, futures, pasts, etc like some kind of long Russian novel.
