I agree, I still kinda dislike him for his so called flawed justice. He’s not even a grey character like our hyunjae, he often cherry pick certain areas where he should or shouldn’t enforce justice, especially towards our weak F class MC. Im still mad at the hunter society arc, where clearly he knows corruption occurred but refuses to take action, instead he opted to over power Yujin.

I was a little anti-Song when he first appeared in the story. There's always something irksome about bureaucracy in fiction, but I've realized over time it's good for world building in these types of story. Plus, if the heroes never have obstacles, well meaning or not, it loses tension and imo, the reader's interest in the long run.
That said, I'm legit sat for Song's storyline. I wonder what happened in the the prewritten world...?
