Yeah I agreed, his behavior towards MC is still bad no matter what. But I freaking hate ML family more than anything else.

I've read the novel and what happened to him is literally abused. He was sexually abused as a child because his dad tied him up for 10 hours until he vomited and he was around 10 years old if I'm not mistaken. His dad make him watch his dad having sex when he was tied up for that 10 hours. This is considered as child sexual abuse.
His dad had a beta lovers hence why ML really hate beta and if I'm not mistaken his dad also high when he did this. His grandpa did nothing until ML got super sick because of it.
His mother at that time never cared about him and busy trying to get away by chasing another affair. And none of his family tried to help him or give him the help he needed at that time. That's why he is so messed up and don't want to have sex. He is traumatized and his family dgaf about giving him the help he needed at that time.
