ok it's actually pretty entertaining, cheonma didn't mean to deceive him, he has his own reasons and stuff to do, he didn't force mc to follow him at first. i like that mc has a bit of agency, not a reckless teenagars, not naive and know his own strength and he's pretty useful with his specialized skill too. it's much better than the previous murim i read with master disciple toxic manipulative misunderstanding trope which was the thing which lower the bar so much. so compared to that this one is still way above ╥﹏╥ i like how the conflict in murim is interesting, the plot is ploting like politic in the palace but murim and very easy to understand because the translation is pretty great. and it's fast paced. i think their romance also isn't dragged on, it's pretty decent following the plot. about cheonma being jealous of his own fake identity is ridiculous but i can just ignore it because it feel like it's going to be quick solve. maybe because i read it in one sitting so it feels better to read
