I wonder what happened after the accident.. my take is that he was not really injured from the accident so they could have a talk, maybe a kiss hahaha, yet Mokyeon being so drunk and weak from not properly eating and drinking etc leading to Nanjo taking him to the hospital and having him be checked under the pretense of car accident. Also Nanjo has definitely noticed the weight loss (maybe not yet the wrist bandage?) so...
