The system is weird, he's obsessive top, not a crazy top. Obsessive top still can have puppy top as the side tag, like there's so many pretty sunshine tops having obsessive as the tag. Crazy top will be straight up psycho yandere.
Also even crazy and obsessive top crying isn't at all inaccurate, we see asshole tops crying in their regretful arc. It has a chance to do the obsessive thing when he's crying though !
