I hate my lost library

Hey guys anyone knows that manga where the mc (male, blond, shoulder length hair) gets brought to another world and first person he meets is a man with black hair who helps him register to a guild (the registration to the guild is done by pricking your finger in a thick pin)
I think in his other world he was an important person, either a prince or an ambassador something along those lines.
