Oh the condition is borderline personality disorder. Idk if that's intentional on the authors part or not, but so far, Mokyeon's personality traits can hint towards a possible bpd. In the creators note, Danrim described it as "on the boundary of delusion", "too captivated by something to see it's true nature", "too lost in delusion to make a rational decision"
