yeah, i mean that part is expectedly silly from the clinic that prescribes consistent bareback as serious medical treatment but i think what is more concerning is mandating giving notice to a partner before proceeding with pregnancy. even if it is not "technically" a prohibition on abortion it is a restriction on bodily autonomy in ways that are quite obvious (not arguing w/ u btw just adding on)
