I feel like the author is a woman. You can just tell when yuri is drawn by women, with women as the main target audience, with the female gaze and all that.
(Don’t take this as me being a puritan because I do love it when my yuri is hot and wet too, and ofc it’s totally fine for a lesbian story to not be pure and soft)
