and i hate it gahdamn why's everyone just forgiving the father like that when he's the catalyst of every horrible thing that happened in his son's life. he got colon cancer, so what? he's dying and that's supposed to justify years of treating his son like shit and even blaming him for his own mother's death. wow what a piece of work this really is. i liked the first few chapters when their relationship was still developing and their characters were being fleshed out, but then the author had to go on countless side quests, turning the whole plot into a jumbled mess of what tries to be some melodrama. and jinu(2nd male lead) should've just stayed as a friend!! he was a really likeable character and here i thought, finally an mc with an actual male friend that doesn't turn into a male lead.... oh i spoke too soon. im so surprised this even made it into the 9 rating. maybe they just read the first part and liked it like me. anyways this has turned into a real mess. dropping it also why does everyone's name starts with a J? jiun, jinu, jiho, junhyeok... im so over it. the mc is actually a fucking pushover!!!! insensitive and stupid also. what gives him the right to tell ml to forgive his dad?????? im so baffled. im speechless. also stupid for not leaving ml sooner lmfao.
