Wait wait wait wait wait wait, if deities are in power then couldn't technically get involved? both Thoth (the one Iruma met) and Harpnus (the one who gave fur to the Gaap family) are on our side probably, can't they pull up and fix the situation? That's only if they're involved in politics tho, Shuura was the only one we saw at the party so maybe she's the only one who likes getting in demon bussines.
