It's more so emphasising how insular and focused on music heejae is. That he can only see things he loves which at this point has only been Piano...now it's also Garam but for Garam it's a sign that he's never really truly saw him (in his opinion) until now ..so that answer is "why now?"..."is it just because of my music?".
So yh heejae obviously has now fallen in love but Garam wants to know why atp and have him recognise how much he hurt him ┗( T﹏T )┛
Omg Hejae not seeing that scar for years indicates what ? Like only seeing garam for his sound or seeing him as a shadow of his ex manager or smthing
