I was terrified after reading this. I'm a psychology major graduate, not saying that is anything special, but I’ve interned in a psychiatric hospital before. When I was accepted to that place, I was really scared, but when I actually started working, it honestly wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t like the horror people describe when I watch or read stories about psychiatric hospitals.
But why did some random manhwa I decided to read terrify me more than that? There are two manhwa that mentally disturbed me after I read them. I might not have enough experience or reading material to talk about it properly, but one of them is this one, and the other was a BL about a serial killer, although I forgot the title. I’m not even an avid BL reader, but as much as I praised the execution and the story after I read that one long ago, I stopped reading BL ever since.
Now, I might start avoiding manhwa and novels about actors because of this ╥﹏╥
