Ngl, even tho the premise of "being watched by my neighbour WILLINGLY" was so embarassing it made me want to combust on the spot, I like their fuckbuddies dynamic. For once, the top is not a huge asshole who treats the bottom like a toy and tosses him aside (as I've seen in many other works) and is actually caring and sweet and actually feels he's becoming genuine friends with the bottom, and they both feel like actual human beings when they interact outside the sex sphere!
