Yeah this problem is really shitty. After the shutdown, I started rating everything I read/reading 'cause apparently that prevents it from getting erased from your lists (saw it on a discussion post before)

guys i’m abt to go fucking insane wth is wrong with mangago?!?! i was looking at my already read books and like more than half of the manhwas and manga that i read either disappeared or were in the wrong section, after that shutdown that happened a few months ago the website messed up all my bookmarks and i lost everything i had, and when i finally got it all back MANUALLY this happens again, im genuinely going insane and i feel like im abt to cry bc YES IT IS THIS SERIOUS, pls tell me im not the only one suffering..
