Its already revealed at season 1 end that both are the same people. Season 2 will be Ian and his sister playing games with Michel in an effort to wear him down in a way that it kills his spirit completely
You will hate him now but he never really actually hurts Michel other than play some cruel mind games. Also..also...just dont hate him..he has just been through too much alright. ┗( T﹏T )┛
