iirc mom only take cedric the eldest son back. lucas was kidnapped by that evil duke that want his son to be the heir.
i havent read abt the pills yet, but im guessing they made lucas as experiment for the pills too, then sold him to the circus so cousin kid can battle for the heir alone

at the ending, yes. even aisha went back time, her mom still dead.
as for her power.. (bear with me)
since aisha's mana is unstable(rmb kyle put mana in her) she always become dizzy&faint so they had to put like IV drop to suck the mana out, even after 2 hrs its still full(kyle changed into cat atp, he noticed) and they sleep together(for the last time sobs)
the next morning kyle left a letter to nox(nox write & read it cuz kyle cant write</3) that he went back to his home, "at the end/edge of the world" for his growth & mana stability.
aisha broke in tears & ran to dad office, shes crying & screaming why they let him go without saying anything, even the vial mana IV snapped & shattered. she cried into dad's chest </333

im guessing s1 ended when kyle leaves. due to kyle sharing his life forces when shes dying, aisha will become unstable in the future which he have to go back home to master his technique &10 years timeskip happened.
abt her eyes, shes been binded by pose's magic, later revealed her eyes are red.
