I kinda vibe w/Catherine; I, too, would not give a toss if actual cultists were summoning legit demons from hell in my basement if I could snag a fancy-ass manor in a top shelf neighborhood for the low low price of whatever I could scrounge out of the bottom of my carpet bag. Sure, the property taxes are excruciating but I bet the non-demon murder rate is much lower than the national average. And the schools are no doubt superb.
