Ngl, I used to get irritated w Huang Ranran's behavior esp since she kept glaring at Taotao without proper reason but seeing that line "I just wanted to make a better life for myself," it really hit me and I realized I was being too emotional and biased despite knowing she has an ulterior motives. Man... That kid Ranran is trying to survive in an industry where she could be easily forgotten and lose value. While Taotao doesn't really need to bother with something like that because even if it doesn't work out for her, she has a really rich family that could support her life until she can do it on her own, hell, it could even be for a lifetime.
