I think the MC is pregnant now. But the medicine the ML fed him is just for fertility, to make the pregnancy more possible, it has nothing to do with the nosebleed.

But didn't mc behaviour looked like pregnancy symtoms? Maybe its because of the medicine ml fed him but i don’t like how he's bleeding and feeling weak
