Srsly thought we're going to have a shitty tragic ending because of the sudden (maybe not really that sudden if you think about it) kidnapping. But then BOOM got hit by the unexpected communication. I genuinely can't believe mc still loves him after being kidnapped, collared, and locked up. I was like this can't be happening, is this allowed?
It's like author wanted to write everything about a toxic blackflag yaoi but decided to be extra and mix it with a solid communicator MC. Even the ML isn't as unhinged as I expected him to be, I lowkenuinely think the communication even happen if like one of them acted like most mls or mcs. Imagine if mc decided he needed to make the ml believe he hated him to make him let go.

It's rare to see in yaoi someone talking it out and actually gaining something from it granted he had to run away and save him but for the most part it was pretty chill. I've always thought that in certain situation it's better to keep your cool than break down and it was nice to see that play out
