You’re the real one for saying this. I haven’t read the novel, but I really hated the rape scene. It felt completely unnecessary. The manhwa is also pacing way too fast. After the rescue, I wanted them to actually talk, with Joomin being down bad and more considerate toward Yoogyul. He was so pathetic about meeting his hyung, and I really wanted to see more of that side of him as he realized the person he’d yearned for all these years is the same person he loves now.
I just caught up and was thinking about how unnecessary that was. It had no emotional weight, no repercussions. Even if you want to argue that it was for drama (already yuck), it was almost immediately forgotten. It did not have to happen and I'm mad it happened
friendly reminder that the rape scene between mc and the villain is ONLY in the manhwa. The novel doesn't have it (thank god) idk who decided to add their rape fetish in this but curse whoever did it. (Read the Novel it's peak... best of all it doesn't have that rape scene.....) and for the other commenter saying "not to start crying ab the novel again" it's ok, I'll cry and whine and yap for u heh..
