yesss i agree with thisss. i do like how nice and easy is it at first but now it's kind of just being handed to him.
i want them to kind of take off in the direction of kim yuwon's manhwa w him interacting w objects and beings more and also not being kept in the dark on who/what it is.
i also mentioned in my comment somewhere i wanted more daughter/son interactions like cutesy rather than just up and leaving :c (hate that they made the women obsessed with him like that)
Pros: my main praise for this manhwa is the magic the mc uses. I love the explicit use of incantations and hand movements it looks really f*cking cool, and I like how there are reasonable constraints.
Now the cons: why are nearly all main female characters in this lolis/loli-adjacent? （/TДT)/ The male characters in “the five” look like adults but the female ones all look like children with big exposed tits and revealing clothing. It’s fucking weird. Also personality-wise the kids are all boring asf, pirate king is the only one that seems to have a bit of a head on his shoulders and the other 4 are very flat obsessive charicatures that worship the ML (which I understand is gonna be a plotpoint in how he becomes a god but my point still stands).ALL THREE GIRLS are in love with him. Ts is so lame.
The story would be a lot more interesting if the whole “everything around the ML sorts itself out because powerful people misunderstand his intentions and do the job for him” didn’t exist. Like, the arc of discovering the old gods and such is genuinely pretty interesting and I like that the blue moon has become a cult/assassin’s guild but the rest of the worldbuilding around that feels lazy as hell. A couple misunderstandings are fun. To have the entire plot reliant on them is just dumb.
