I seriously hate how it's going!!! He could just tell him the truth!! What is he exactly waiting for ??? It's just going to get worse with more time. I hate it when people know that they have to tell the truth someday and they delay because of cowardice. He is not even thinking about how he is hurting his feelings and leading him on like that. And the other guy is also worse for chasing someone who already has a bf. This is just weak plot to establish feelings for each other. I have never felt this frustrated with both characters.
