So I did some lil research bc I'm interested in zakk's works lol, I couldn't find anything with the name you provided "kihara otose". I found the manga with the name "nibiiro no hana" but it's apparently a shotacon... (The one the other person linked) and it has nothing to do with zakk. So what you're looking for is not a manga but a light novel written by KONOHARA NARISE, with its cover illustrated by zakk. If you're still interested in reading it here's the link

does anyone know if nibiiro no hana (or in japanese, 鈍色の華) is on here? or where i could find it? it’s illustrated by Zakk and the author is Kihara Otose
