It's kind of a long shot, the grandfather obviously has influence and could potentially bribe the police force, there's a lot of incident in real life involving that in Korea unfortunately, why do you think bullying is almost gotten away so much that the suicides rates are over the roof? A lot of the government are unfortunately corrupted when being given a lot of money and authority
