I'm poly and have multiple partners irl, as long as you have the time and energy to make each of your partners feel loved and cared for, and understanding and respect of that from your partners it can work.
A lot of poly relationships include one person who is dating others, but the others are not dating each other.

damn, i didn't know i'm up for this kind of poly too...i only realized it now when i asked myself if i would be okay having three lovers lol
