I feel like Suah is helping Juhyeok’s mom to formulate a medicine so that Juhyeok won’t need him anymore. I really think he would let Juhyeok go at some point especially if Suah feels that Juhyeok is only attracted to him because of his pheromones (which we know that is not the case) dang season 2 would be angst angst especially if that sunbae who likes Suah would go against head to head with Juhyeok
