no, it's because koi (his daddy) in his story "lick me up if you can" once kinda abandoned ashley (his papa) alone at a train station causing him to get severe brain damage and trauma, that after they got back together ashley built multiple villas just in case koi tries to run away from him again so he can lock him up. he aint got locked up...yet
