i forgot why cheol has a stalkee

Cheol saved the stalker one time then maybe he got feelings then later he realised Cheol and Minyoung has something going on cause he was literally stalking Cheol and the second time, he himself jump infront of running vechal where the stalker said "You saved me again. Do you remember you saved me once" something like this. Author hasn't given much about the stalker just when Cheol uses to get bullied he was always there ( which minyoung once said ig) so yeah, maybe she will write about his stalking towards Cheol later on
