It doesn't look so, it's just the best friend made the uke turn omega against his will so that's a big no for me ! _ other than that ,the suspense was about when the uke was going to present as an omega for the first time, (heat is presenting right now) _ and who is going to be able to ' help him ' and if he's going to like it or not. And we have the answer in the current chapter. Things are looking good in the omegaverse sense x-D
