it's really not that bad... this is common for most transmigration manhwas where the MC is wakes up on a child's body. it's actually better that Arelyn behaves like a child despite her supposed mental age. Arelyn is around 6 i believe, it's normal for her to seek her parents and actually have a childlike behavior hahaha also, she calls Mehen mommy because she wants a mother figure regardless of Mehen's gender since Mehen is the probably qualified person in the entire manor to be titled as such.
"Why would you call me mom and not dad?" "Because I already have a dad and I don't have a mom" basically why Mehen accepted the title "Mommy"
in short, don't overthink it. MC might be older but Arelyn is just a child. it would be more off putting if Arelyn behaves like an adult instead.
