Honestly, unclear. His dad attached Aaron as a kid so now that the public knows he left ... But literally nothing has changed and we don't even get a reason why he cares or why his father is out of jail or why his dad is nothing them... Or if he is.
This is like PLOT but not with clear character motivations at all.
His dad told everyone that he (the dad) tried to kill Aaron and the media is saying that it isn't a coincidence that Yujin is now dating Aaron.
And because Yujin's dad is no longer in prison Yujin is scared that he's putting Aarons life in danger aswell as his career.
So that his father won’t kill Aaron. Or won’t use him against Aaron.
That's also the reason why Aaron is going around saying the dad is the bad one and using yujin that was why he was abducted ig he's trying to dispel the issue of yujin dated him bcs of their past
